Another cut from the A&A Album was ‘Now, where were we?’ – which had a delightful internal rhyme and sort of symmetry as a song title when it first appeared. Sometimes, questions make great song titles, opening up a story or a moment in time, sometimes almost mid-sentence. This was a kind of cowboy-wakes-up-in-what-appears-to-be-Paris kind of a thing.
(Visually, forgive us for the daft early-2024-generative-AI silliness. It’s how you make social media content without much of a budget. At least we gave it some film noir and footage of ourselves walking around our apartments in Berlin and London to “work from” this time. Ahem!)
